1. WHERE CAN YOU HAVE YOUR TICKETS?

Tickets can be taken at the Museum that you have chosen in the visit day and at the time confirmed.Please enter the site area “Check your reservation”: there you’ll find the exact point selected for each museum.

2. WILL TICKETS BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?

No, a confirmation mail will be sent to you in 8 working hours after your request. (Monday afternoon for week end requests). Tickets will not be delivered through postal service. You’ll have to give your confirmation voucher to the reserved museum and get your ticket. Please visit the site area “Check your reservation” for more information.

3. IF I’M TRAVELLING OR LEAVING WHERE MY CONFIRMATION CODE WILL BE SENT?

In the first working day after your request you’ll receive a confirmation mail with a link you’ll have to enter to check and print the voucher with your confirmation code.

4. WHEN WILL MY RESERVATION BE CONFIRMED?

The visit will be confirmed after a working day, then the confirmation mail will be sent after a working day has passed. We remind you that reservation requested on Saturdays or Sundays will receive confirmation on Monday afternoon.

5. WHAT CONFIRMATION VOUCHER IS?

It’s the printed confirmation that is necessary to have the ticket at the museum. Please do not go to the museum without before printing your voucher. You’ll not be permitted to enter without it.

6. WHAT ARE CODES ON MY BOOKING REFERRING TO?

Reservation is complete and correct only with 2 codes: a customer code and the order number. We recommend to have the 2 codes always with you because you could receive further communications. Entering the site area “Check your reservation” you can verify further information about your on line reservation status.

7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE BOOKING WHEN I WILL BE ARRIVED TO MY DESTINATION?

Yes, you’ll just have to sent us a mail with the name and the fax number of your hotel or location where yu can receive your voucher.

8. ARE MY CREDIT CARD DATA SAFE?

Your credit card safety is guaranteed by the reliability and reserve of the bank where all crypted data directly convey, without intermediaries or servers, but through gateway payment of an important bank institute.

9. IS PRIVACY OF MY PERSONAL DATA ASSURED?

The Data requested to you are essential to execute invoicing. As you can read in our site the data we receive will not be passed to other agencies.

 

10. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN CASE OF NO SHOW AT TIME AND DATE SCHEDULED FOR MY RESERVATION?

Your visit is valid only at the confirmed time and day. You can have your ticket at the museum with with 15 minutes delay.

 

11. CAN I HAVE THE TICKET AT THE CONFIRMED TIME AND DATE AND VISIT MUSEUM LATER?

No, you’ll have to get the confirmed ticket with a maximum of15 minutes delay and then visit the museum.

12. TIME AND DAY REQUESTED ARE ALWAYS CONFIRMED?

Day and time requested are always confirmed, but sometimes can happen that there is no more availability to visit the museum in some specific time, therefore your visit will be confirmed at nearest time to the one requested. Please check time on your voucher because time changes will not appear on online database.

13. I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER TO GET MY VOUCHER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Send a mail with your name, phone and fax number of the hotel or place where you are in Italy and we will deliver your voucher.

14. AFTER 36 HOURS FROM REQUESTING MY RESERVATION I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO?

You’ll have to visit page “Check your reservation” to get information on your reservation. Contact us via mail to have the link to download the confirmation voucher. Verify also that your mail box is free from filters preventing our communications.

15. I HAVE TO CHANGE TIME AND DAY OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION: WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO?

It is possible to modify confirmed reservations, but anyway the cost of service will be charged to you. We invite you then, to send us via fax (nr. 055 575611) the data of the new visit and of your credit card because it is not possible to save on our safe server this new information.

16. HOW MANY MUSEUMS CAN I VISIT IN ONE DAY?

It depends on the museum, but we suggest to visit no more than 2 museums because quantity of exhibited collections need at least 2 o 3 hours visit for each museum.

17. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY BOOKING HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

Your on line procedure will be successfully completed when you’ll receive the client code. Morever, after the request, you’ll also receive a copy of the order via mail and a confirmation via mail after a working day. If that will not happen please contact us at the following addres:……..

19. I’LL COME TO THE MUSEUM WITH A PERSON WHO NEEDS A WHEELCHAIR, CAN I GET ONE INSIDE THE MUSEUM?

Wheelchairs are available in the main museums, but with limited number: we invite you to book your visit when museum is opening so that your request will be more successful.

20. IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MEALS INSIDE MUSEUMS?

Some museums have reserved rooms to have lunches, other museums have bars.We suggest you to address directly to the museum staff.
